Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brina Bode, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the conditions listed below.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or washed items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Opened hygiene-related items (e.g., bathroom accessories)

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

  3. Ship the product to the address provided using a trackable method.

Note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or sent in error.


6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
